A celebration of the traditional art of ice cream making. Nearly one hundred years ago the first experienced ice cream makers came from these valleys.

Since then, this art has been carried across Europe by our local people and enjoyed by the rest of Europe.

 

This day celebrates not only the history but also the development and recognition of ice cream as a product. Visitors are given the opportunity to taste and enjoy many different flavors.

A great day out for all the family.

 

From 11am to 3pm: demonstration of the preparation of ice cream by "Gelatieri Zoldani" at Pian del Crep (arrival of the cable car Pecol-Pian del Crep)
