Schneeschuhwandern im Val di Zoldo

Das Vergnügen des Winterwanderns, das Genießen der sich ständig verändernden Landschaft, auf Strecken, die sich gegenüber der Sommersaison so anders zeigen. Die in Kanada erfundenen Schneeschuhe (im Zoldaner Dialekt caspe, doch besser bekannt als ciaspe oder ciaspole) wurden von den amerikanischen Ureinwohnern zur Jagd, von den Nomaden in den arktischen Gebieten zur Fortbewegung und von den Alpenbewohnern zum Holzsammeln in den Wäldern oder zum Heutransport ins Tal verwendet.

Val di Zoldo erwartet Sie



Heute sind die alten, hölzernen Schneeschuhe mit Schnurbindungen durch moderne, leichte Modelle aus Metall oder Kunststoff ersetzt worden, die an normalen Bergschuhen befestigt werden können. Ihre Verwendung ist nicht mehr auf Notwendigkeiten beschränkt, sondern dient der Freizeitgestaltung und ist zu einem der unterhaltsamsten Hilfsmittel der langsamen Sportarten geworden. Die Schneeschuhe sind einfach zu benutzen, erfordern jedoch eine gewisse Erfahrung im Wandern, sei es auf Wegen als in den Bergen.

 

Das Val di Zoldo ist reich an Schneeschuhrouten: einige gehören bereits dem Schneekarussell "Cadore regno delle ciaspe" (Reich des Schneeschuhsports im Tal Cadore) zu, während andere durch das malerische Val di Zoldo laufen
