Easy walking routes in the Val di Zoldo
Easy walking routes for families and people of all ages in the Dolomites.
In the Val di Zoldo, each itinerary has a story to tell. A centuries-old farmhouse in the midst of a splendid green clearing, cool stream and enchanted lakes, places to feed the soul. Walking along easy yet splendidly appealing paths brings a new pleasure every time, a delight to enjoy with the whole family.
Short, simple walks suitable for young and old, through the woods or the villages in the valley. A pleasant way to find out about the local people’s history and traditions, and to discover relaxing little corners easily within reach and requiring no great effort. Experiencing the mountains has never been easier!
All the colours and emotions of the Dolomites are a thrill open to everyone, along short walking routes leading to destinations of historical and architectural interest, such as the tour of the Mas (farmhouses) or the old mining neighbourhood of Arsiera, offering splendid views of the little villages of Coi and Pieve and the Val Pramper; nature lovers can admire the little alpine lakes of Vach, Fertazze and Piredei, especially popular with children taking their first steps into the world of nature and its secrets.
Easy walking routes, with the help of the ski lifts
From the valley bottom, the convenient ski lifts can take visitors easily and with little effort up to an altitude of 2000, where you can admire the peaks of the Zoldo Dolomites and easily reach high-mountain refuges where you can enjoy some local food, such as Pian del Crep and Baita Civetta. Mountain bike fans will find some great routes that wind their way through woods and across pastures.
